On Dec. 8th, 2015, the delegation from Kyoto University iACT (Institute for Advancement of Clinical and Translational Science) visited SCRC. Xu Juncai, vice director of SCRC joined this visit. Xu Juncai introduced to the delegates, Professor Akira Shimizu, Professor Muneo Takatani and Doctor Kayo Hattori, development of the corporation, the efforts made to promote medicine innovation and clinical research and development trend and challenges of China’s clinical research, sharing his views on drug innovation, personnel training, laws and regulations.

        Accompanied by Xu Juncai, the delegates visited Phase I Clinical Research Unit, informed of the latest development of its building and its future development. During the visit, the delegation highly praised the Phase I Clinical Research Unit of its facilities, teams, and system construction, and drafted a preliminary cooperation agreement. After this visit, the delegation got known better the development of SCRC. They hoped that in the near future they would launch cooperation with SCRC in the field of clinical research and training.
