Job Description:
We solve technique issues on the project of Shanghai Biobank Network and cooperated with top hospitals, universities and research institutes in Shanghai, and aim to improve storage and usage clinical research samples, promote interdisciplinary integration, and facilitate translational medicine research. The successful candidates will lead or work with multi-disciplinary teams and have responsibility for Ph.D. scientists and scientific associates. We are seeking highly motivated and accomplished scientists and associate scientists with true passion to take the following responsibilities:
1. Carry out daily lab work, fulfill operational experiments, oversee the daily quality control operation, calibrate of test equipment and control systems;
2. Participate automated and/or manual tests and measure testing data and analyze results based on test scenarios, conditions and configurations;
3. Assist to establishment, implement and accreditation of lab quality management system conforming to ISO17025;
4. Assist to biobanking LIMS development and testing complying with Information security requirement;
5. Assist to holding conference, workshop and training course.

Requirements:
1. Graduate or above in biology, medicine or clinical testing;
2. Solid education and training in biomolecular or biochemistry, PCR experience is desired but not required;
3. Experience in experimental design, data interpretation and statistical analysis;
4. A strong work ethic, self-motivation, highly responsibility and good team work spirit;
5. Good conversational and written English;
6. Prior pharmaceutical or biotech experience will be a plus.
