2. Cancellation Policy: On or Before June.30th, 2011
   Cancellations must be made in writing and received by June 30th, 2011, in order to receive a full refund before the cancellation date. Registrants who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date and do not attend the event will be responsible for paying the full registration fee.
