Annual Biobank China (ABC), Asia’s largest biobank conference and exhibition organized by SCRC and SERCB annually, brings together a global network of professional to foster innovation that will conduce to the better construction and development of biobank. After its 1st and 2nd launch in Shanghai last two years, ABC has gained high compliment in the biobank construction field.
This year, the ABC 2015 will explore the latest development, share best practice and feature first-hand experience in the management of biobanks and application of biosamples, discuss on the role of biobanks in Precision Medicine with leaders of the government departments, senior professionals, top academics and leaders from global renowned institutes such as Science & Education Department of NHFPC (National Health and Family Planning Commission of the PRC), Office of Chinese Genetic Resources in Ministry of Science and Technology of the PRC, NIH, NCI-BBRB, BBMRI, ISBER, P3G, ISO, AABB and CAP etc., as well as global leading hospitals, institutions and pharmaceutical companies. Following the reviews from its launch in Shanghai last four years, ABC 2015 will focus on the biobank and biosample in Precision Medicine.
This year, the event will be organized by Shanghai Clinical Research Center (SCRC) together with Capital Medical University, National Gene Bank, Shanghai Consulting & Academic Activities Center for Academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Shanghai Shenkang Hospital Development center and Shanghai Engineering & Research Center of Biobank on Sep 13th - 15th, 2015, at Lake Meilan International Convention Center.
